Position Overview
Simon Group Holdings is seeking a strategic, creative, and highly organized Content & Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role will focus on content development, multi-channel marketing execution, and social media planning across SGH and its portfolio of operating companies.This role will lead messaging, content planning, and campaign execution. This role will work closely with our Digital Brand Manager to ensure alignment across all digital and content initiatives. Both positions will collaborate regularly to create cohesive, high-impact marketing efforts and will report directly to the Marketing Strategist Leader to ensure unified direction and execution across the SGH portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & Execution- Plan, manage, and execute a strategic content calendar across email campaigns, social media, and video.
- Write, edit, and deliver high-quality, timely content that supports business goals and speaks to our target audiences.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to develop content that reflects brand messaging and business objectives.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns that support events, launches, and promotional initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Digital Brand Manager to align campaign messaging and visual assets across platforms.
- Use HubSpot to create, send, and track email marketing campaigns and nurture flows.
- Monitor campaign performance, report on KPIs, and provide insights and recommendations for future improvements.
Social Media Planning & Execution
- Manage daily execution of social media content using HubSpot’s social publishing tools, ensuring posts are scheduled, published, and monitored for engagement.
- Develop engaging, platform-appropriate content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels.
- Track and analyze social performance metrics to inform content improvements and audience targeting.
- Support paid social media efforts and collaborate with the Digital Brand Manager on cross-platform campaigns.
The Ideal Candidate Would Have
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in content marketing, campaign execution, or digital marketing roles.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, including social media publishing, email marketing, and CRM tools.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills across a variety of formats and platforms.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail.
- A collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with social media best practices and current trends, particularly for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
