This Marketing Content Specialist will be part of the marketing team and report to the Director of Demand Generation. The Marketing Content Specialist is responsible for creating and distributing compelling content across various channels to effectively communicate the company’s message to both internal and external audiences. This content includes blog posts, social media posts, sales collateral, emails, and more to drive awareness and educate the industry about pre-hire assessments.


Write and create content such as blog posts, social media posts, website copy, publication sponsorships, newsletters, and internal communications.


Serve as the organization's primary copywriter, responsible for writing, editing, and reviewing both internal and external materials.


Develop content calendars and strategy that align with overarching marketing and company goals.


Position eSkill as a thought-leader in the space through educational blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and other long-form content.


Craft compelling narratives and benefit-driven language to evangelize prospects toward pre-hire assessments.


Focus on delivering clear and consistent messages across various platforms


Adhere to brand standards regarding copywriting and messaging.


Translate company initiatives and external marketing messages to internal announcements that effectively communicate efforts across the organization


Build and maintain relationships with media contacts to understand and execute publication advertising strategies.


Manage online brand reputation by responding to customer reviews and public feedback.


Work with the Director of Demand Generation to understand how to deploy content for maximum reach and conversions.


Examine data and create reports to determine the effectiveness of communications efforts and identify areas for improvement.


Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field required.


Excellent writing and editing skills.


Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


General understanding of available distribution platforms (social media, blogs, email, CRMs, etc.)


Desire to grow marketing skills and business acumen via exposure to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
