One of our partners is hiring an Executive Enrollment Coordinator in South Asia.

About the role
This is a mostly remote job where you’ll support students in executive academic programs. You’ll help them get through enrollment, registration, and onboarding smoothly. You’ll be their go-to person, guiding them step by step, answering questions, and making sure they feel supported.

You’ll need to be fluent in Hindi and understand South Asian culture well – that’s key for connecting with students and making the process easier for them.

What you'll do

• Help students with post-admission stuff like transcripts, visas, and financial forms

• Run online orientation sessions and explain how the program works

• Stay in touch to keep students on track and help with re-enrollment

• Work with other departments (advising, registrar, financial aid) to fix enrollment or course issues

• Offer support in Hindi when needed

• Advise teams on South Asian holidays/cultural norms to improve scheduling and planning

• Build training material to boost cross-cultural understanding across the org

What you need

• Bachelor's degree in education, student affairs, intercultural studies, or similar (Master’s is a plus)

• 3+ yrs experience in enrollment or student support in higher ed

• Fluent in Hindi, written and spoken

• Experience working with international students, esp. from South Asia

• Solid communication, problem-solving, and org skills

• Comfortable working remote and independently

• Bonus if you know low-residency/hybrid programs, tools like Slate/Ellucian, or have handled international student docs
