What You'll Do


As a Financial Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, providing accurate financial reporting to the business teams and support the business teams in their reporting requirements You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life.


What We're Looking For


  • Partner with the business by providing financial information to drive results
  • Create, edit, and execute assigned Profitability Analysis assessments in SAP for the segment close (assignment may change or be periodically rotated)
  • Manage the data archiving process and other data integrity items
  • Manage cost center master data and/or approval matrix
  • Manage and update the allocation tables used by the allocation programs, including annual allocation change review
  • Integral contributor to the annual planning process
  • Reconcile assigned Profitability Analysis assessments to consolidated results using SAP-Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC)
  • Interface with business finance partners and accounting personnel globally
  • Implement improvements and support initiatives with AI and other software solutions
  • Perform ad hoc analysis as required
  • Work safely and encourage a safe work environment
  • Comply with all internal control and audit requirements
  • Minimum travel may be required


Skills That Make a Difference


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field 
  • Minimum 5 years Accounting or Finance experience including General Ledger accounting is a must
  • Working knowledge of SAP, including SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) and SAP-BPC, and Microsoft Office
  • Enjoy problem solving and analytical thinking
  • Ability to focus on details and perform functions with accuracy
  • Team orientation approach to working with others
  • Initiative-taking individual with a demonstrated capacity for taking the lead
  • Ability to successfully navigate in ambiguous and unstructured situations
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
