UBC is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in the Philadelphia, PA area who has experience with the following: B2B, event planning, HubSpot, and agency/vendor management.
Job Title: MMK01G - Marketing Coordinator
Brief Description: The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for seamless, integrated marketing campaign implementation for brand and segment communications, ensuring alignment to marketing and business strategies. Day-to-day, this role will liaise with cross-functional teams and our agency partner to manage various marketing activities including lead generation and awareness campaigns, event management, asset development, sales enablement tools, social media, website content and brand oversight. This position will also have ownership of brand adherence and guidelines across internal and external stakeholders to manage various marketing projects under one voice and vision.
The Marketing Coordinator will support marketing strategy and planning development, including competitive intelligence and customer research as required. As a key member of a growing marketing organization, this position provides an opportunity to gain a comprehensive marketing foundation and unique exposure to enterprise and agency leadership.
Specific Job Duties
- Assist in development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, aligned to business goals and objectives.
- Manage the flawless coordination and execution of marketing communications, working with various cross-functional stakeholders and our full-service agency team.
- Lead event management activities for internal and external partners to ensure exceptional show presence including event participation details, attendee administration, event vendor management, booth material & setup logistics, marketing collateral, giveaways and social promotion.
- Manage development and implementation of organic social media posts and partner with agency to maintain social calendar.
- Manage marketing budget, invoice reconciliation and expense tracking.
- Handle website content development and implementation for secondary pages to support cross-functional team strategies.
- Own marketing project management and administration including status reports, brand and content repository, design asset management, calendar updates and access to marketing tech platforms.
- Assist with marketing briefs and presentations as needed to onboard and inform internal stakeholders and agency partners of campaigns and results.
- Support with competitor and customer research projects as required for key initiatives.

Desired Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration required
- 2-4 years of marketing experience, or marketing-related functional responsibilities
- Experience within the healthcare or life science industries (B2B or B2C) preferred
- Knowledge and multi-channel management of digital and non-digital marketing tactics
- Experience working with full-service marketing and advertising agencies to deliver integrated marketing campaigns
- Understanding of cross-channel marketing KPIs and data interpretation to generate insights
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong ability to manage many deliverables and timelines simultaneously to meet deadlines and stay on-budget
- Must excel in fast-paced, entrepreneurial atmosphere and have a growth mindset to pivot quickly with new direction
- Must take ownership and accountability to work autonomously and move work forward in a strategic, efficient manner
- Natural ability for proactive outreach to various stakeholders and willingness to foster strong partnerships
- Must have a foundation of clear, concise communication and presentation skills
- Strong editing and proofreading skills required
- Experience with project management software (i.e. Smartsheet), marketing automation tools (i.e. HubSpot), website content management systems (i.e Wordpress) and design software (i.e. Illustrator)
- Knowledge of customer relationship management platform (i.e. Salesforce) a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Occasional travel may be required
