Job Description
An employer is seeking a Frontend Developer to join a leading healthcare organization. This developer will play a key role in developing backend microservices to modernize on of their largest retail applications. Responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain advanced web applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Build and integrate APIs (both GraphQL and REST) for scalable service communication
Deploy and manage services on Google Cloud Platform (GKE)
Collaborate on CI/CD processes, ensuring seamless integration and deployment
Guide the adoption of tools like JxBrowser or similar for hybrid web applications
$50-55/hour
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills And Requirements
5+ years of frontend development experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
5+ years of proven experience driving frontend best practices in a large-scale environment
4+ years of experience building and integrating APIs
2+ years of cloud experience, preferably GCP or AWS
2+ years experience designing and implementing testing frameworks/strategies (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
2+ years working with CI/CD pipelines and workflows Strong knowledge of frontend security concepts (e.g., XSS prevention, secure cookies, CORS)
Experience with JxBrowser or similar tools for hybrid web applications
Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design
Strong understanding of microservice best practices and distributed system null
