Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Representative with a strong background in selling tech services. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing deals, particularly in the tech services sector, and will be able to provide regular updates on the number of clients successfully closed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients in need of tech services through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Own and manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure. Ensure smooth handover to the account management team post-sale.
  • Present customized tech solutions to clients, emphasizing value propositions and demonstrating how our services meet their specific business needs.
  •  Consistently close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Track and report the number of clients successfully closed.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure that customer requirements are met and to improve sales strategies.
  •  Provide regular reports on sales performance, including the number of clients closed and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collect and communicate customer feedback to the product and services teams for continuous improvement.


Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills 

  • Strong understanding of tech services and solutions, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business benefits.
  • Strong track record of closing high-value deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to build rapport and foster relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
